About NPAMC

The National Partnership on Alcohol Misuse and Crime (NPAMC) has joined together public and private sectors to address offenders who misuse alcohol. Together, we are collaborating on finding workable solutions that will benefit the entire U.S. criminal justice system.

Our stakeholders are comprised of professionals from a broad cross-section of diverse industries including:

  • Government agencies
  • Judges
  • Prosecutors
  • Defense attorneys
  • Probation Officers
  • Corrections agencies
  • Community corrections officials
  • Researchers
  • Think tanks
  • Private industry

NPAMC is unique. In fact, this is the first time a partnership of this nature and composition has ever convened. We are committed to identifying areas of agreement among our entire range of stakeholders. By including everyone’s perspective, NPAMC will evaluate and educate the criminal justice system about the most promising “best practices” and solutions to alcohol misuse and crime.
